Hi,
I tried it again and while installing the program I got the same error message "An error occured during the move data process:-132". I am about ready to tear my hair out...There has got to be something else that I can do to install this program. There are other dealers out there using 2 of these programs on the same computor for different names aren't there? This happens at the point where it is going to install the icons. Please help again.

Hi Deb,

So your first copy still works correctly, yes?

If your original copy is working correctly, rename the icons you do have for your existing copy to the username associated with that copy of Pro.

Then try installing your second copy to it's separate location.
