I tried to relist all my closed auctions which did not have bids and all I get is a message that says "these items cannot be relisted - not owned." That is strange as I am checking to relist them off my own auction manager page.
What does that mean and what do I do? If I relist directly through Ebay will you charge the 10 cent fee for photo's? I will just shut down tonight and wait to see what is wrong in the morning.

Hi Lindajean,
The reason you are unable to relist is because your eBay ID is stored under more than one AW account. You can only have one auction site ID per AW account. If you would like your eBay ID removed from your other accounts please let us know -- it is currently stored under 'rhonnda' and 'ebayfool' besides your 'lindajean' account.

I had thought those were closed a year ago. When I first started using your service I was placing hundreds of ads a week. My camera numbered photo's from 1 to 1000 and when I reached that limit and still needed to store them I had to open new accounts.
When I started renaming photo's myself I thought I had closed the other two. I no longer use them and do not remember the passwords so if you could close them I would appreciate it.
I wrote stating I had trouble with listing a couple of weeks ago and someone said they would take care of it. It did let me list so I though it had been handled. Then, it wouldn't let me relist so here we go again.

I tried to sign in under rhonnda but couldn't remember the password. The email account I used has been closed so when I requested a reminder be sent I didn't get it either.
I did eliminate the other one and would appreciate your assistance with this one.

Hi Lindajean,
I removed 'lindaj47' eBay ID from your rhonnda account so it's now stored in just your lindajean account. I also closed the other two that it was stored in, per your request. Let me know if you have any other trouble relisting!
