I hope someone out there can help me, since I've emailed AW 5 times and have not gotten this problem resolved. I recently started a new account on my own (I was using my husbands) and have tried several times to list an auction. While my husband can list his thru our computer, I cannot. I keep getting a message that says, Here is your listing as it will appear on eBay...and then it comes back with a bunch of different numbers and says the server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Is this my fault or AW? Could someone please shed a little light on this Thanks

Hi Booms32,

You will need to make sure that you create a seller's account with your eBay ID. Please log in to eBay using this URL to provide the necessary information:

http://cgi3.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?SellerSignIn

You should then be able to launch your auctions.
