Hi. It seems to be taking a couple days for my WBNs to be sent to my winning bidders. I get e-mails from these people wondering why I am not letting them know totals. I am wondering why it is taking so long, and why I should pay for this slow service. Does anyone else have this problem?

I checked your account and your WBNs have all gone out. Did you send these manually?

No, I didn't manually send them. It took 2 days for them to go out. This really isn't acceptable. I have people climbing down my throat and I end up having to e-mail them all with the totals, etc, because it is taking too long. I don't think I'll use this service anymore. Is there anything you can tell me that might solve this problem for me? The WBN used to go out immediately, and it was such a great service.

Hi Mstuart,

Were the auctions in Closed Auctions when you were waiting for the WBNs to send, or were they in active? One thing you can do is to daily go into your account, select all of your auctions and hit the Refresh button to make sure that you have the latest totals and information appearing. Let me know if you have any other questions.

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I too have been having this problem. I email every week and can't seem to get an answer, I have to manually go in and refresh, refresh, refresh. This is totally a bunch of bull. The answer you are giving "are they in active or closed" and to "check every day and refresh" is defeating the whole purpose of the program. If I had the time to check on my auctions and refresh all the time, I might as well just type out the emails myself manually. The object of me paying for a full year of service was for SERVICE!!!! Now this program used to work, it does not anymore, at least for me. I have been emailing for **5**weeks for a way to correct this. In addition, I emailes sonya today and never received an answer. I can not even find some of my auctions. I had 2 close using buy it now~~THEY ARE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND~~ not closed not active, and yes I have refreshed!!!!! In addition. I currently have 19 other auctions running on ebay. In my AW active it says I have 10, now I ask you how am I supposed to keep track of things if and when I have alot of auctions running and only bits and pieces are floating around only god knows where!!! THIS IS WHAT I WANT TO KNOW. Am I ever going to have a service that works?? A service like I used to have?? A service that when my auctions end on ebay theythen move by themselves to closed in AW and my WBN'S go out automatically. A service that I can count on when I need to be away, out of town for a few days?? A service I do not have to scared of if I do go away that I will not come back to a huge mess of angry bidders that were never contacted (this means, if I am not home I can not be doing the refreshing thing!!)
WHERE ARE MY AUCTIONS AT THE CURRENT TIME CAN SOMEONE THERE PLEASE TELL ME, I HAVE 11 auctions in the LAND OF THE LOST~~~~
IN addition please please please tell me how to fix the WHOLE problem, not just the current problem I am having, I am going to totally loose it if I have to email again next week (that would make week number 6) I AM NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
