I am trying to list and I get an error saying "shipping amount 1 is invalid" and "shipping amount 2 is invalid"
I do not have send winning bidder notification checked as I like to do this myself. Is there another preference I am missing that will allow me to list without setting the shipping amount. thank you Fran

Hi Fran,
I didn't see any auctions in Pending when I checked your account. When you attempt to list again, if you get this error please let me know so that I can take a look at it for you.

I haven't uploaded the auctions because the auction manager pro software won't let me unless I put a shipping amount in. I don't want to send an automatic notice to my customers and I don't want to put a shipping amount in.

Hi Francesla,
Make sure that when you are creating auctions in AMpro, that you do not have the auto-WBN feature selected. There are two places it can be checked -- in Communication of the Preferences icon, and on the first tab of the new listing option. If you continue to have problems, please let me know.

Sonya - really odd - I have both places you suggested unchecked but the software still won't let me save the auction unless I put in a postage amount. I didn't have to unchecked them - they were both unchecked!!

Hi Francesla,
Although it shouldn't matter, you may want to check your online preferences to make sure that they are reflecting the same thing. Make sure those 2 boxes are unchecked. Not only the shipping amounts, but the box above that that relates to the WBN.
