I would like to start using the end of auction email service. Could someone tell me if there is a charge for this? Could someone also email me an example of what one would actually look like to my customers? at [email protected]. Where do I go to set it up. Thanks in advance. Jody

Hi Jody,
The charges are on launching auctions from AW -- you cannot use post sale express on auctions launched outside of AW. The difference between Classic and Express format is Classic sends an email to the winner with a clickable link that leads the winner to the WBN form on their browser. Express format includes the WBN form in the email. If you would like to see the difference, go to your My Account tab to Post Sale Management Options and switch back and forth between Classic and Express -- you will see that in Express, the eMail Message and the Welcome Message shown for Classic have been combined. That is also the area where you can view the default messaging for your WBN, and decide if you would like to send out your WBNs automatically.
