I am currently missing some notifications on some auctions.

This is the third time this has happened to me, will this problem continue?

The auctions that I have not been notified of are:

Item # 1187664304
1004701562

The last time this happened I sent this request and you guys did something, and they all apeared. I would appreciate your help in this matter.

Hi Golfballsgaloreinc,

I have checked your account, and both those auctions are in Closed Auctions and the WBN has been sent. If you suspect that auctions that have ended have not dropped to closed auctions, selecting your active auctions and hitting the Refresh button can help to update your Control Panel. I hope this helps!
