Hi,
I am having quite a problem with your service for weeks now. Every time I email, I get a answer that basically really does not even answer my questions. My problems are, my items are not moving to closed from active. If you look at my closed auctions right now, you would be looking at auctions that ended over a week ago. I have had auctions end Sunday, Monday and Tuesday of this week. WHERE HAVE THEY GONE!!!!!!!!!!
I keep asking this over and over, with no answers from you guys!!
It used to be if they were not showing in closed then I would go to active and keep refreshing till I "forced" them to move to closed. Now if you click on my active page it says "you have no active auctions" well then what happened to the 23 auctions that have closed over the last few days?? They are no where to be found. Do you think I could get a real answer this time. I paid the fee for a whole year and have really had nothing but problems over the last few months, I am really upset over the lack of anything working and the customer service I have been receiving. I should not have to email 4 or 5 times to get an answer, or at least one that answers my questions or works. I do not have time to play this game every week!!~~LISA

Hi Lisa,

I went to your account, selected all your active auctions and hit the Refresh button. They have all moved down to Closed Auctions so you can now send out your WBNs. If there is anything that is missing, please let me know.

Hi Sonya,
How did you select my active auctions? When I went in and looked at active, it said
I had no active auctions and no list was showing?? Please let me know because I
am so frustrated. Every time I ask a question, I get answered it was fixed but the
HOW is what I need to know. I could not see anything in active, how could
you??~~LISA

Hi Lisa,

When I got to your control panel, there was a list of your auctions that said "updating" so what I did was hit the Select All button underneath your active listings and hit the grey Refresh button in the upper right corner. I didn't click the Active link on the left, I just refreshed directly from your control panel. Let me know if you have any other questions.
