I just upgraded to auction manager Pro 3.5 and when I try to "Preview" any of my listings in one of my templates I get the following message, "Error reading file C:\PROGRAMFILES\AUCTIONWATCH\customtemplates\Themes\Standard\No Theme\theme html" What does this mean & why can't I preview my listings?

Hi Intergalactic,
That message means you have not yet downloaded the customizable templates. Our new templates are now available in Auction Manager Pro - in order to enable the templates in your AM Pro version, please click the auto-update option, and wait until the auto-update process completes. Once this is done, you will be prompted to restart your computer.
After you restart your computer, you will need to open AM Pro and go through the synchronization process. Once this completed, close the application and re-open it. You should now see the new templates. If you do not complete all of the above steps, you may receive an error when previewing or uploading your auctions or you may not be able to see the templates at all.
If you have completed all above steps, and you are still having trouble, please let me know.
