I currently do not use the WBN but I would like to use the other email features. Is there a way for me to get a copy of what has been sent to my customers ie: payment received, ship notification etc. I can't find anything in help to address this question.

Hi Josa51,

We currently do not offer that feature. The only email you can recieve a copy of is the WBN. However, you can easily preview any message that gets sent out through the post sale screen.
