I imported my auctions off an excel program, once, I moved the items onto a batch, once, and pressed the upload button, only once, and immediately shut the program off after the successful upload, I never even signed onto Auctionwatch.com to see if the auctions were successfully uploaded, I just went to bed, when I woke up, I had double listings of the 18 items I posted the other night. The only blame lies in with Auction Watch, what can they do to rectify this?

Duplicate auctions may result during the create auction process online if you either click on the browser's back button or accidentally click on the "launch" button more than once. They may also result from Auction Manager Pro uploads in which the Auction Sync feature is used again after an error during synchronization. Sometimes auctions are uploaded before the error is produced, thus we recommend checking your online account and/or email account before uploading again.
To remove duplicate auctions in your pending list, check the "select" box corresponding to each auction and then use the "delete" button. If they are already scheduled for launch you will first have to click on the item title in pending then click on the "undo launch" button prior to deleting it.
