My last two batches of completed auctions sat for hours without the automatic WBN being sent out. I became concerned about the image that my customers were getting due to the lack of response, so I have sent them out manually.
Also, the completed auctions take hours to show up in my post-sale file.
The system is not operating correctly. Can you tell me if this is something that I can fix, or if not, when you will have it fixed?

Hello Kay,
We were experiencing a problem with Post Sale functionality last night, which resulted in latency within the whole Post Sale system. To the best of my knowledge, this has been resolved. Please note that if you sent your WBNs manually, and they were set to go out automatically, your customers may receive 2 copies.
