I have been having problems with auction closings and WBN's sent out on Buy It Now especially and some auctions closed at 10:15 pm at night and no WBN's were sent so I went in and manually sent them. Also I would like to know when you are going to get sophisticated enough to send one invoice to winning bidders when auctions close within the hour. I know it would be asking too much to have you track them for 4 hours or so. I want to list a lot of items and anticipate multiple buyers but I am tired of them saying they get an invoice for every item that closes. Let's get on the stick. I believe Auction Helper offers this service why can't you.
