Hello,
I'm new to Auction Watch. I am using Auction Manager Pro. I have read all of the help features back and forth. I can't seem to find how to notify the winning bidder of the amount of shipping and insurance automatically. Where do you input these amounts. None of the tabs at the top of the closed auctions seem to fulfill this function. Do you have to do this manually for each auction or have I just missed something? I did see in on one of the how-to features that before you generate invoices to be sure and update shipping, insurance, etc. before generating so I think there may be a way. Does anyone know? Thanks
In the create auction form, there is a box you can check to send out the WBN automatically when the auction closes.
You can also set this in your preferences, so you do not have to click it each time.
To access your preferences in Pro, go to the Preferences button along the left hand side of the page.
