The Express WBN is an html form which will appear in the place of a plain text email - all your customer needs to do is fill out the form then click "submit". If your customer's email client does not support html, they will receive a plain text version with a link, like the Classic WBN.
The Classic WBN is a text email in which there is a link to a webpage that contains the form - which means your customer will need to click the link or enter it in their browser address bar in order to get to the form.

This makes formatting a WBN notification message kind of difficult since I would not know if my buyer's e-mail client support HTML.
I had changed my preference to have the buyer fill out the form, not realizing they might not be getting the form. No wonder the buyer's are e-mailing me there was no form.
So now I don't know what to put in the e-mail. Fill out the form if you get one or click on the link if you get one. This seems even more confusing. Pam
