I just downloaded ampro but stopped to close all other programs as suggested. Now I can not find the download. Shouldn't I have a shortcut on my desktop? I am using a HP Laptop. Thanks for any help.

Hi Roseate,

You should be able to locate AMPro easily using the Find feature, which is located in your Start Menu. When you install it the shortcut should appear on your desktop. I hope this helps!
