I would like to quit having the express automatic WBN's sent. My customers are having problems with it or just don't want to do it, so I am going to try something else.
I went to Seller Preferences; Post Sale Options; and unchecked automatic WBN's. However, I think they are still being sent because the little blue boxes on Post Sale pages are marked in with blue in the first box.
Does it have something to do with the AW Pro being checked to have automatically sent and only my new auctions will change? I changed my AW Pro preferences on the new ones. I'm a little confused. I don't want them to get two Winning notices. Pam

Hi Pkopesch,
The changes that you make in the Post Sale Option area will affect those auctions that are launched after the changes. To change the WBN status of the current auctions you can click on the Active Listins link on the left, then check the auction box and select Set WBN. From there you can turn it off.
