For the last few days I've had to resort to using templetts that I don't like to use b/c the html for your blank templett don't work correctly and I've still not rec'd a reason for this. But in the meantime, I'd really like to have a choice of if I want to have that huge black font at the top of my auctions in my description. I have suggested this many times for the templetts as well as for the blank templetts. Finally the blank ones don't have the unsightly title in the description. Since I am paying for this service why can't I have a choice of whether or not I'd like that ugly title in the description especially since the one I use don't work anylonger? I don't understand why a software designer who designs a program such as this can't see how ugly it is. I have looked at other auctions that are launched via AW and honestly it amazes me to see how many ugly auctions are out there b/c of the title.
Example of my auctions....
With the UGLY TITLE - Item #1294189453
Without the UGLY TITLE - Item #1294189460
I had to revise the second auction in order to remove the title which I won't do each time I launch an auction.
Please, give us a choice!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't want titles in the description. A title is a title and not a description.

Hi Kajnrose,
The templates are designed to insert the title. I will log your suggestion and pass it on to the appropriate department -- I agree that your auctions would look cosmetically better.

Thanks Sonja for your reply,
I will continuously check this situation b/c this is an irritating one at that. VERY UNSIGHTLY!! There is a place for the title at the top of all auctions, let alone to have it stuck once again in the description. I am proud of the way my auctions look and to think I'm promoting the use of Auctio Watch for others to use doesn't sit right with me especially if they are the cause my auctions aren't as nice looking as they can be. In fact the better my auctions look the better for Auction Watch as it makes them look better.
I doubt it will hurt anything to state in my auctions that I'm promoting Auction Watch but don't agree with their usightly title inserted in the item description.
Also, please know that it doesn't take a lot of work to have the title removed or given a choice to users. As I stated once before that the blank templetts used to have the ugly title in the description and at my request they removed it and it was done in a jiffy lenght of time. One moment it was there and the other it wasn't.
Thanks for listing and I'm anxiously waiting for this to be fixed.

Checking on any updates on this title issue. Would like to see this handled quickly b/c it's a very easily fixable one.

Hello kajunrose,
Please note that this issue is not easily fixable - our system is incredibly complex, and every change we make affects other users (you may prefer not to have the title displayed in your auctions, but many other users do prefer to have it there.) We have logged your request, but we cannot guarantee if/when the change will be made and in what way it will be implemented. We do apologize for the frustration!

Helloooo Diana,
Please note that I use only the blank templetts so I can design my own look and they do not have the title in them b/c I requested they remove it. Took them only seconds to remove it. I listed one auction and then the second one it was fixed. Not very long, huh???
The reason I'm having to resort to the AW designed auctions instead of the blank ones is b/c AW can't see to keep the blank ones working correctly with html. You see, they have started looking like a mess and I can't use the one I prefer and always used. This problem started on Sat, Nov. 3rd.
AW stated that it was perhaps my code, but when I tested my identical html to the old templett and then again to the new one I'm using now it worked, so how could it be my code.
I will continue to check on this as it is important to me to have nice looking auctions and honestly it don't make me any difference or not if others like a bold title sticking lop sided on their auction pages or if they do not. I asked AW to give us the choice to choose a title be stuck in with our description or not to have one that way everyone will be happy.
You have a nice day and I'll be checking back on Friday.

Another request for a choice of having a title sitting at the top of our description page. Any word on this issue? Would like to use other templetts but can't b/c of the unsightly title.

Hello Kajn,
I just started with AuctionWatch and I too want to make changes. Not just the title size, but the color; and not just the title but the description, shipping, etc.
Would be nice!!
