I have been told I "am not the owner" ...

.how does the computor know it is a consignment item <joke here>

Help I hate white screens.

Hi Dudlee,

Are the pages timing out or is it just a blank white screen? A blank white screen can sometimes be caused by low system resources (RAM).

Your other issues probably aren't RAM-related.

Were your relists originally launched from Auction Manager or were they imported in?

never import in

using same computor I have always used and never had this problem.

Are you telling me I need to service my computor to use your site?

Hi Dudlee,

Let's take the problems 1 at a time. Are you able to login? If not, what error message are you getting?

How have you lost your relists?

When you were told that you were not the owner were you logged in? If so, were you able to solve the login problem?

Now, the white screens. If you have other programs open, or applications running in the background, you may be using all of your RAM and AMPro will not function properly. Close down all programs except AMPro and try again.

ok

I was logged in when it told me I wasn't

OK I was on auction watch website itself, online, you know over in that other room where you store all my stuff. ......

I was relisting, I only ever run one thing at a time. I cannot multi task well.

I had maybe a dozen things checked off, had the list up and was editting and saving each one, when I hit save... the screen goes white, but it says done at the bottom area.

So I hit the back button and it might take me back or it might tell me I am not logged in

or it might tell me "Not the owner"

or it does nothing... then I forward and I get white screen

so I pull down the list from the littel arrow between the back and forward button, and go back three or four items and white page again.

I had this a couple of times last night too but not near as bad as this.

I haven't been back to see if it has saved my changes to the auctions, but I doubt it. It didn't last night.

I was just over in auction manager and six of them ended up in pending...cool at least I didn't loose them.

My ampro works good, it is the online one I am having a problem with.

edditted to add:

Sorry, I just realized I am in the wrong forum duh sorry.

Hi Dudlee,

Try clearing your cache -- hopefully this will allow things to run smoothly. If you are still getting the white screen at this time let me know.
