Somewhere along the line I lost my special holiday templates for Thanksgiving and Xmas - can I get them back or are they no longer available? Thanks!

To use the holiday templates, you will need to create a customized template using the christmas or holiday templates. You can do this from either eBay Site Specifics or the Create Listing page. In the template section will be a "Customize Template" button. Click on that and you will be on the page that allows you to select an image layout, and select a theme and save it. The Christmas and Thanksgiving templates are in the Holiday section.
To get your newly created templates to work in AMPro, you must first synchronize AMPro, quit and restart the program. They will show up in the template drop down menu.
