I've been sending out WBNs to winners of auctions, but the shipping info ins't being included. I set it up in the global preferences, but after I send out the WBN, that prt of the form is being left blank. Do I have to do each individual auction separately? Or am I missing something? Please help!

Hi Sonician,

I previewed a couple WBNs for your auctions and they had the shipping included. Which closed auctions are you referring to?
