when it WBN going to be able to spot Buy It Nows.
Don't say "refresh" because I am not the initiating party. If I knew to refresh, I wouldn't need you.
It's catch-22. I need WBN to alert me there's been a sale so I can refresh so I can find out if there has been a sale. That is how the system now works.
I've got my WBN set up so that it sells something else. But I have to get it to the customer before he/she pays. If they've already paid because they haven't heard from me, they are much less likely to add-on.

Thank you for your post. As you know we are aware of the issues with WBN's and the latency that occurs with Buy It Now items. We are doing everything we can to resolve this as quickly as possible as we know how inconvenient this is to our sellers.
