I have created listings to upload and tried to edit one. Windows XP announces it will close the program and asks for the error message to be forwarded to Microsoft. There is an instant where the listing shows up twice and then the program closes. When you reopen the changes have not been recorded. Thought you would like to know about this .

Does this happen on a particular listing or with all listings that you are trying to edit?

It happened on 1 listing. All I was trying to do was fix a spelling error in the title bar.

Especially if this error happens again with other listings, please try to uninstall and reinstall the program.
