Please, check the unsent WBN letters for our account, because they have no winners' e-mails to be able to send them manually.

Hi Bestknives4less,

Please make sure that the eBay password you have stored with your AuctionWatch account is correct.

After checking this, you will need to manually refresh the closed items which list no winner (select them inside Auction Manager and hit Refresh).
