Just like in most previous AMPro versions, AMPro faults out for this DLL. I updated 3.5 to 3.75 and it won't work. THE DLL IS CORRUPT (as in the past)! DO NOT tell me to DL a new 3.75, tried that, same results.
If you are concerned about users staying with AMPro, have the courtesy -on your obligation to provide a functional program - to immediately post this DLL as a separate download.

Please try to uninstall then reinstall 3.75 -- you may need to do this a few timese to get it to work. If after several attempts you get the same error, let me know.
