I have been having problems uploading for about 2 weeks or more now. I have found a way to 'fix' the issue and make the upload start - I have to delete pictures. Because I don't have any pictures up there that are older than 2 weeks - I have even accidentally deleted some active ones, I didn't have a choice.

For some reason, unless I can delete several hundred, or unless my pictures number less than 10,000, I keep getting the error message saying there is a problem with image synchronization, that I need to go to the site and check my images.
If you look at my images, none are larger than 75 kb - I use a DSL connection and it's a new computer - what is the problem caused by? I have tried everything I can think of but this is really a problem for me now.

I have been able to upload the 268 or so auctions that I have scheduled for tomorrow - I am planning another 250 for next MOnday and I am really worried I won't be able to get them up. I know I can't FTP which is too bad, but I really need some 'real' help - I have done all the checking and all the suggested 'fixes' I received from this board and nothing helps.

Now what?

Hi Touchofeurope,

It's the number of images which causes problems. AMPro can only handle about 10,000 images, as you well noticed, whatever their size.

I have checked your account and have noticed some images which have not been viewed since October, you might want to consider them for deletion.

Thanks,

-Radu

I received an email from Mike and hve several other people tell me you have customers with many more images than 10,000 so that that wasn't the problem - so is this in fact the case?
If it is, I have a problem because I need to have that number, actually more. The images that haven't been viewed since October, I can't find any - if you can, can you delete them for me?
I don't think there will be many.

I have tried uploading images separately, with a batch, without a batch - uploading directly to the site (time-consuming pain!) nothing works.
I have an email from Mike assuring me the nmber of images is NOT the problem, can you guys please talk and get that story straight?

I can't use BE because of the limit to the number of images - we have an average of 6 per auction and routinely far more.

Please help me with this!

This is a quote from the email I received from Mike:
"I've also been surfing around our site under your account ID to see if I can replicate your image hosting issues (obviously not launching any auctions or anything). While 10,000 images is a lot, I'm not experiencing any difficulties. We also have several hundred other customers with more images than that, so I'm not sure the issue you are seeing. Can you please write me an e-mail describing your difficulty?" - I don't have the email address so I posted here instead.

I don't see the connection between "10,00 images" and, say, 200 images. Perhaps there is, though?

I am having the same upload sync problem as described in this post and I have only 280 or so images on file.

1. I had to delete from AM Pro any attached images, then upload direct to AW Image Manager those same images.
2.Then I had to un-schedule (so I can edit) these auctions and re-attach the images. All work had to be done direct to AW not via AM Pro.
3. It seems that if the images are on AW prior, AM Pro will sync.

Perhaps there is a conflict in the new build version 3.75?

I had this problem on the previous version too, so it can't be that.

I am still waiting for help though!
