After using Ampro last night I downloaded the new version. Tonite when I try to open Ampro I get the message...Runtime error #429..Active x component can't create object. I can not open my Ampro or any of my batches. The version showing on my AMPro icon is still 3.5.0.0. What do I do next? Thanks!

Hi Emperorschoice,

Please download the full AMPro kit (when asked, choose to save the file to disk). You can find the kit at this address:
http://www.auctionwatch.com/my/client/

Then, proceed with uninstalling your current AMPro version (use Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs), and installing the new kit. Please close any other programs while doing this.
