After recently updating to the 3.75 version, I can't get the importer to function. I use this all the time so it isn't like I don't know how to use it. When I click on it in the tools menu...nothing...Help before I die of panic
vatterpa who is trying to launch 400 new items by Friday...

Hi Vatterpa,
I was able to get to inventory just fine on 3.75. Try quitting every other program you have running in the background, then click on Inventory. If you still cannot get it to show let me know.

Nope, still nothing. I even tried syncing just to see if that would help. If I have to re-download Ampro, it will take 2-3 hours (my connection is only 9600)...

Hi Vatterpa,
How much space do you have on your hard drive? Try quitting and restarting AMpro again (still keeping it as the only open program), and selecting the importer. If it still yields no results you may need to uninstall and reinstall AMpro.

HELP!!! To answer your previous question I still have about half of my hard drive free...14 G .
I tried what you said...un installed, reinstalled...got error message that the file was incomplete. Deleted every file with Ampro in it...
Tried to down load a new one...it will completely download (2 1/2 hrs) and when it finishes and tries to install..I keep getting an error message that says that the file is incomplete..I can't save it to disk, I only have a floppy. I don't know what to do now. Please help me! I have a new shipment to get on.

Hi Vatterpa,
You have to download it to your hard drive in order to get it to work. You can't download it to a floppy disk. Is that what you are trying to download it to?

This is what the error message reads:
The contents of the file cannt be unpacked. The executable you are attempting to run is incomplete. Please obtain another copy of the file, verify it is the correct size , and try again.
