AW,

Trying to find out what one has to do in order to get a credit on FVF when a payer hasn't paid. I've notified eBay and they have credited my acct. Please check with them if you need to in regards to the following item numbers.

Item #1298181451
Item #1297803836
Item #1297797892
Item #1296076522
ITem #1296076158

I have left negative feedbacks for this person as well.
Her eBay I.D. is [email protected]

Please issue a credit for the above item number as I was never paid for these item wins.

Please advise ASAP,
Thank you,
Kajn'

Hi Kajnrose,

In the event of a non-paying bidder, you may request a refund of the final value
fee (please be aware that the listing fee is not refundable.) In order to qualify for the refund, you will need to provide proof from the auction site that you had a non-paying bidder to get a refund to your account.

As proof, we will accept a copy and paste of the line item from your eBay statement, showing the refund from eBay. You may copy and paste it directly into the text field in the refund request form, available at:

https://secure.auctionwatch.com/my/acct/request_refund.html

Please note that you must be logged in to access this form.

Thank you Brian for the information and I've just completed all for the 5 credits. One thing though, AW takes 3 weeks to credit an account. This is hysterically funny b/c when I requested the refund from eBay it actually was credited to my account within minutes. Heheheh goes to show you who has their act together.

Hi rostaf,

You don't know what date the auction ended? The online statement is sorted by date which should allow you to find the reference number next to the item with the non-paying bidder.

I agree, filing for credits is a pain and takes alot of time.

it would be alot easier if you implemented a mass credit entry form, instead of one by one.

I was charged for hosting fees because a user had stole numerous pictures from me.

It took me nearly a half hour to fill in each and every one of the credits.

I think you guys are makeing it hassle on purpose, just so we wont go through all the trouble of requesting credit.

Also 3 weeks to process a $1 credit is pretty rediculous. Granted, Ive never had to wait that long. But I have waited nearly 2 weeks to receive credits at times.

Just like paypal, you want to keep that money nto your accounts as long as possible just to make more money off the interest.
