I'm still in a start-up mode on this account which I switched to a Variable Rate Plan this week. I see a pro-rated charge on my account. Just checking to be sure I understand: Is the monthly fee billed in advance? Thanks. Judith

Hi Judith,

We recognize your charges and your revenue in advance, but your charges will occur on your billing cycle date. Your billing cycle date is on the 10th of every month. Let me know if you have any other questions!
