Having trouble launching an Amazon auction for the first time. First I got an error that there was unsupported HTML code. Then I got an error to make my listing shorter. I have taken out all html codes & deleted the 'listing options' information. Now I get "The following message was returned from the scheduler while attempting to list your auction:Internal Processing Failure. The data returned from the auction site for AuctionWatch ID 01awch00000000000513616578XX was unexpected. Please contact AuctionWatch and provide specific details regarding the conditions which lead to this error."
It finally took after I deleted all my "disclaimers" and html, but only after I launched it directly from the Auction Watch website.
Any suggestions? Why can't I list from AMPro from my computer? I had to delete my listing options & then will have to add them back when I list items on eBay. This seems like a lot of extra work....

Hi Fivelabs,
Amazon is very strict on what goes in their auction listings. As you have found out, they have limitations on the HTML code supported as well as what goes in the item description. I would recommend reveiwing their terms of service to see what the auction guidelines are so that you do not continue to have too much trouble listing.
