I just (1pm EST) uploaded a batch using AMPro (version 3.75 build 0904). All listings had the same launch date and time- 1/5/2002 at 7:30 pm.
When I went to check the items on AW's site, I expected to see them in showing a PENDING status, however, they all went right through to eBay live.

OOPS- MY MISTAKE
First item had "am" instead of "pm" and all other items in batch picked up the time "7:30 am" which was earlier than the upload time, so they went live. No program bug.
