I list auctions under 2 names. One I do manually through eBay, the other here through AW Pro.
So why is it that manual auctions get instantly listed, but like tonight when I just tried to launch 10 auctions through AW they are now just sitting whistling Dixie stuck in processing.
Why is there a delay, it simply isn't OK to have delays during Sunday night prime time, if your service only works when it's not prime time, what use is it to sellers>?

Couldn't you elaborate just a touch more about this issue?
I've been using AW for nearly a year & this always comes up, so "working on it" leaves something to be desired.
What is the problem, and when will it be fixed?
I will be due to sign back up shortly, and I think it's important to know full details about issues like this, especially as you will now be asking for a larger chunk out of my wallet.
Please be a bit more specific, your answer so far is short of re-assuring.
Being a member for nearly a year you would know that this is not a constant issue, rather one that comes up once in a great while and has recently appeared again.
We have been working on some eBay API (as well as)/hardware issues that engineering is still addressing. Rest assured we will not let it alone this time, our constant main goal still to list all items at their scheduled times especially during peak hours.

It is now 10:20 PST and my bulk listings are in pending still,is that problem still on. Has it been fixed and something else wrong with my auctions. I uploaded them over 30 minutes ago, usually they go right on. I agree with updriver it has been happening more since the price went up and personal were laid off. I do know a couple of times it was ebays fault in changing their system. But it would be nice that updates were more timely the last one was 5:30 , so I wouldn't have to write these messages or email support and have to wait until morning for a answer.

Well I just unscheduled my auctions & suppose I will now have to launch them tomorrow.
You guys are sounding like a terrible broken record: we're working on it, over & over again.
How about actually announcing that it has been fixed & will work properly, because I do re-iterate that for what we are paying for your services, not being able to effectively launch important item auctions during the peak customer times on eBay kind of sucks big time!

My auctions when on at 1:30 EST or 10:30 PST. that meant according to an anoucement that is no longer up , that auction watch had problems from 5:30 PST to 10:30. Did anybody esle except for updriver and me have problems and why is the annoucement not on anymore?

golfwidow:
Most people are perhaps sitting back & just taking it, or posting comments somewhere else.
I agree with you, its a royalpain, though.
Likely for me come April this year when my annual AW program is due for renewal, I will be moving elsewhere, especially as I'm looking at a HUGE increase in annual costs here at AW, in the order of jumping from $200 a year to between $800 to $1000 by my calculations.
I'm looking at major sellers on eBay who just happen to be using an alternative launch service that is offered through eBay (no names to be respectful to AW). They seem to be doing fine, selling lots, perhaps templates not quite so pretty, but their auctions do launch on time I believe, and the fees are reasonable as well.
Anyway, not to harp on it, but I guess the short end is that there are always alternatives if you want to look for them.
AW has for the most part been very fine, but they have some niggling problems here, and the increases in fees are just damnably hard to support.
AuctionWatch and eBay, working together, have corrected an API interface
problem that had been causing some users to experience significant delays
when listing items on eBay.
Both eBay and AuctionWatch are 100% committed to providing excellent service
for sellers listing auctions using AuctionWatch services. To maintain our
level of service, eBay and AuctionWatch are jointly developing systems to
monitor performance and processes for proper response time if any issues
arise.
We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to serve you.

It doesn't seem to be fixed. My launched auctions have been processing for the last hour. Does this affect when the auctions end - I don't want them to be ending when everyone is asleep!

Well, I just unlaunched all my auctions that have been processing for the last hour and a half so they wouldn't be ending at 1 am EST! Very frustrating!
Regarding the auctions you undid the launch for -- I would recommend checking your eBay seller's list, as there is a good chance they may have launched anyway.
