I have been trying since last week to download the program. I am already a member & had to reload the program because we had our modem fixed. We have tried every suggestion via email & it is taking too long to solve this via email. The rpoblem was suppose to be passed to engineering & it had not to my knowledge. Please help, we would like to get back to work.
