I just registered and tried downloading ampro
I get a "download complete" message but then when I try to open and execute the software I get a message that says "the contens cannot be unpacked. Executable you are attempting to run is incomplete - obtain another. I tried twice to download new versions and get the same messages. (I deleted the ones that didn't work before trying to download new ones) HELP!
First, disable any programs you may run while online other than AOL. Next, when you save the program next time, try saving it to your My Documents folder instead of your desktop or Vise Versa depending on where you are sending it now. Perhaps the location you are attempting to save this file to is causing the error.
