I only had 5 auctions that did not load yesterday, so uploaded them again. Then when I checked Auction Mgr the old ones listed and the new ones too. I deleted the 5 new ones. Then I went to eBay to see what happened there and I had 3 that were duplicates. So I had to cancel them. Do I get the listing fees credit at Am Pro? Do I have to fill out some form or something? Do you know how long it takes for cancelled auctions to get off My Ebay list? Because they are still there about 10-15 minutes later. Pam
If you cancelled the duplicates on eBay, then your eBay seller's list should update soon. If it doesn't, I would recommend contacting eBay to see if they can reset your seller's list for you.
