Can someone help?
I just had 50 of my closed auctions listed that werent supposed to be! I dont know what happened as I was only trying to edit and relist 5 of them but instead an entire page got relisted using AM pro! I tried to unlaunch them but could only cancel 2. What happened???? Can they somehow all be bulk cancelled and fees refunded-AW and Ebay? Its about $25.00 in fees between the 2 sites! Please help! Thanks!

Could it possibly be that in error you hit the "Select All" button? That's the only reason I can see this would happen.

I had been having problems with being charged image hosting fees(AW) when I tried to relist closed unsold ebay items. I was told to list directly thru AM. I tried this but then I didnt get my ebay relisting fees refunded. I then searched out more help at AW and read to relist correctly I should be doing it from the closed auctions page because then you can see which auctions can be relisted vs only copied. So I figured this is what I was doing wrong and followed that advice. I was in the "closed" auctions section(AM pro)under display options and had edited the 5 auctions I wanted to relist and then launched them. I thought only the 5 auctions would launch, not the entire page. Can I do anything as far as getting my fees to AW and Ebay refunded?

You will only get your eBay listing fees refunded if:

1. you relaunch the item within 30 days of it's closing date

2. the item actually sells.

If you miss the re-launch date by one day, no refund; no sale = no refund.

hope that helps

Hi Nancy7ali,

You mention relisting your items from the closed section of AMpro, you simply mean you originally listed form Pro but were not in Pro when you 'relisted' these items correct?

The only way you would have been able to relist 50 items at once would be to 'select all' and relist - but even at that when you first click to relist your items from the closed section you still are taken to another page showing all of the items you have selected where you need to scroll to the bottom of the list and hit the 'launch' button to actually submit these relists.

Perhaps when you got to this page showing the 50 items selected, you were under the assumption that only the items marked as 'relist' and not 'copy' would actually be submitted?
