I just switched from express. Somehow my information page to be filled out by the buyer, or link to it, is not going to the customer. Just the introduction paragraphs. What should I enter to square this away?
Do you have the item number of an auction where the Classic WBN did not send the link within? I can check our logs for a copy of the WBN sent, and verify this for you.
The 'email message' in the post sale preferences is what was sent to the buyer, with a link to click on to go to the page where they submit to you all of their payment options.

I was surmising, Chris, because I keep getting asked for my address to send a payment. Before I was almost never asked.
What I was concerned about was that when I edited the WBN, I had inadvertently erased the pre-installed link.

does the preinstalled link need to be in the 1st part of the wbn ? or does it get put in the wbn once the auction is closed and aw is sending out the wbn?
where do they actually get to see the s&h rates that i have put into ampro ? ( from the first part of the email they get or from the link to the second part where they fill out form if you use the form? _

Hi Stacyp,
The link in the WBN is sent/stored in the email when the auction is closed. The buyer will click on the link, then see your shipping/payment information that you entered.

sorry - but still not clear....do i need to add some link into the wbn i have stored at aw -or do YOU add one to each individual wbn once the auction is actually closed and the wbn is going out!
if you can check out my wbn preferences: box 1 and box 2 for wbn greeting message etc appreciate to know if i did it correctly
