I have started using Auction Manager Pro 3.75. Eventhough I enter the shipping costs before uploading the auctions, they are not showing up on the Packing Slip. Also, the WBN is giving the buyer the opportunity to choose free shipping via First Class Mail when all I am offering is Priority or Media Mail. Help

Hi Wrytwell,
According to your online preferences you have selected to send out the WBN automatically, and your global preferences show you have all three shipping options checked at $0.00 for each one. This is overriding whatever you are selecting in AMPro. Go to your My Account tab to Global Preferences, and change your shipping options to reflect your choices for Priority and Media Mail. This should eliminate the problem of 'free shipping'.
