I've looked through the online help and the bit about universal registration indicates that I can have multiple accounts with different email address. This is fine because my wife now wants an account. This we've created for online AM.
But I don't see how to get multiple accounts on AM Pro. Looked at preferences and I don't see anywhere that you can have more than one ebay account, which is what we want. Thanks!

Hi Terry,
The easiest way to keep your account information separate is to install an individual copy of AM Pro on your computer for each AuctionWatch account.
The first step is to download the install kit from our site (be sure to select the "save to disk" option.) The same install kit can be used to install all AM Pro copies.
The second step is to install the program into separate locations. The first copy is installed into " C: \Program Files\ " folder by default. You will need to create a unique file folder for each additional copy that is to be installed. You may create these folders wherever you like on your hard drive, but be sure to name the files so that you will easily be able to find them later.
Run the installer for Auction Manager Pro, when the prompt comes up asking you where to install it, select and install to default ( "C: \Program Files\" ). After this is done, run the installer again, and install it to the alternate location you have selected ( C: \AuctionWatch\eBay_id is an example.)
At this point, you should have two AuctionWatch icons on the desktop, rename one of them so that you will be able to differentiate it from the other.
Now you should have 2 working copies of Pro, one for each of your IDs. Simply launch the copy you want via your labeled icons for the ID you want to work on listings for. Let us know if you have any further questions.

Thanks, Sonya!
Can I keep the copy I already have on my HD in Program Files? It probably has various profile info and I'd have to go back and make the new copy the same, right?
Have you considered adding account info to AM Pro so we don't have to go through this? eg. when a new version of AM Pro comes out, I've got to install twice, right. Probably not terribly efficient use of disk space either....

Hi Terry,
Yes you can keep the other copy. There is a way to use that copy with two accounts in case you are still skeptical about downloading a second copy -- what you would need to do is each time you open up AMpro, click your Preferences icon and go to Account Info. Change the stored info there and synchronize. You would need to do this each time you want to use another account.
