Now, as a valuable service to your sellers/supporters, you can credit our accounts for the listing fee for all the auctions we had listed today. Next, you can waive the final value fee for all auctions that were listed today no matter when they go off.
That is the least you can do since you cost sellers a lot of money today!

yes, i agree. we customers definitely need and deserve some sort of compensation for losing a whole days business.
