I have been using this system for a couple of years now & this is the first time I have been unable to list anything for more than a day.
I keep getting this message:
Synchronization failed - General server error
There is a problem with the batch item titled 'POKEMON JAPANESE E SERIES CARD 3 PACKS CARDS'.
Please check your Internet connection.
I have talked with my ISP and my Cable modem is working fine
Any Ideas out there...Time is money

Thanks for the log file.
It seems that there is a complete Internet communication failure on the system - at least for AMPro. Please open a DOS prompt and check whether you can reach AuctionWatch servers, by entering the following command:
ping client.auctionwatch.com
If this works, then the sync should work too (assuming there are no bad proxy settings inside AMPro). If not, please check if anything has changed on your system or at your Internet provider since your last successful sync.
