I changed my name over 30 days ago on ebay and forgot to chage it here. When I tried to view my auction "ebay preview" it wasn't valid. DUH! So I went to global preferences and it won't let me edit my info, gives me this message
<br>We were unable to process your request because of the following problem:
The user ID you have provided is already stored in another AuctionWatch.com account. Please introduce other user ID and try again.
<br>Now, I don't have another account and this is MY ebay ID, what do I do now, have auctions scheduled to launch in an hour.

Hi Bwheatley,
That eBay ID is already stored in the AW account 'fairyponderer'. You can only have one ebay ID per AW account, that is why that message kept coming up when you tried to change it.

WHAT account is it saved under? None of my auctions launched-Here is the error message
Error 35: Invalid eBay user name or password.
Invalid eBay user name or password.
Please enter the correct eBay password and username at AuctionWatch Universal Registration and verify that this combination works at eBay.

Okay, I think I found the account and removed the information, but it still won't let me sign it up under my account. Could you check this out and email me and let me know if I have done this correctly and if not, what aw username is it under??? Thanks
