We will be performing maintenance on Monday, 2/18, from approximately
0:00 to 6:00 am PST. During this time, access to all auction
management services will be inhibited. Images, counters, and templates will continue to be served during the outage. The maintenance window will allow us to update our systems in preparation for releasing two highly requested products: shopping cart checkout and offline post sale management functionality integrated into Sales Manager Business Edition.
Our new shopping cart/combined shipping functionality will allow sellers to automatically combine separate purchases by the same buyer into a single order and seamlessly offer combined shipping discounts. This new feature will help sellers save time and up-sell related products to buyers. Sellers can automatically include additional items to buy in the post sale management checkout process, which a buyer can easily add to his or her order. Visitors to an AuctionWatch storefront will be able to place multiple items into a shopping cart, and purchase the entire order via one easy checkout process.
Sales Manager Business Edition (SMBE), the most comprehensive offline
sales management tool, will soon allow sellers to manage all post sales activity offline, including invoicing, payment, shipping, feedback and reminders. Offline, bulk capabilities will enable the most efficient post sale management process available anywhere. SMBE will continue to offer sellers an HTML editor, full SKU based inventory management, automated reporting, offline bulk editing and listing, and more. SMBE helps sellers save time and money by enabling management of all sales activities offline, requiring sellers to go online only to synchronize data with auction sites.
