Hello! This is the second time this has occured recently. My completed auctions are taking time to show up in the post sale category (if they do show) and WBN are not being sent. Yes, I do have all my auctions set to enable this feature. I've taken to 'manually' sending them from the post sale, but it is eating time and confusing my buyers. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Me Again. In addition to the WBN's not being sent, I have a major delay in auctions that have closed showing up in the Post Sale Category. If they show at all! Currently, these auction ID numbers from Ebay have ended successfully. 1515213646 1515536738 1515213653 1515214108 1515213627 They are still showing as 'active' and not in the Post Sale. I've recieved end of auction emails from Ebay, but something on your end is lost in the mix. Please advise, fix, something. Thanks.

Hi Projectileemesis,
I checked your account and the auctions have moved down to Post Sale, and the WBNs have been sent out. You may want to consider taking advantage of Mailstep as this will help to speed up the automatic WBN process for you.

Sonya,
Weeelllllllll, I'm getting frustrated. Still not working properly (I'm not familiar with Mailstep-could you enlighten me?). I still have auctions showing as 'Active' that are most definately closed. In turn, they are not showing in my Post Sale category. Not all, but some. Defeats the purpose of saving me time as I'm scramblin to update, get info, leave feedback and shipped info, etc. When they do show in Post Sale, I've been manually sending the WBN as they aren't getting sent. All times previously before the last week or so the WBN have been sent without problems. In addition to this, my active listings are not reflecting current bids/number/current price, or at least they are not up to date (I wouldn't mention unless it was obvious, which it is). What is up? I love Auctionwatch when it is working properly. I get peeved when I'm wasting time to do things that I'm 'paying' for. Please advise, fix, something! I don't have the time to babysit my auctions all day. Thanks.

Hi projectileemesis,
Due to the nature of BIN auctions, AW is not notified when an auction is ended early on eBay. This is why the BIN auctions may not appear in the closed section until the original closing date.
We have implemented a new Mail Relay program that will help in the identification of auctions ending early. This is an optional feature.
