Help. My auctions have gone crazy on the shipping options and I can't figure out how to get it straightened out. I sell a lot of Media Mail ( magazines, books, etc) and generally ship out as USPS Media Mail. It is Not in the Auction Manager Pro list of options, so I've been listing it on the 3rd line as other. . . I was putting 0.00 in the first two but lately my customers assume that means no shipping charges for that option. . . and amp will not let me put N/A in those fields. On top of this everyone is trying to go through ebay checkout which I don't use and then paypal turned on their shopping cart (which I've manually turned off twice now) I want to use Auction Manager Pro to list but it will not take it if I do not put in shipping in the preset fields. Anyway, I am in a fustrated state and looking for someone who might have the answers to using one option (other) in the shipping field and have it accepted. Or another solution to using a checkout/listing feature.

Hi Mountainrats,
AMPro makes you launch with all three options if you are wanting to use the WBN. The best way around it at this time is to schedule a launch for your auctions and then when they are uploaded, unschedule them and deselect the first two options and then launch them.. Unfortunately this is the only way around it even though it is a tedious process.
Regarding checkout, make sure you have set your My eBay preferences to not accept checkout and then set your eBay site specifics in your My Account tab to have checkout turned off.

SHIPPING OPTIONS: Need Less Preset Fields.
Please put on your "TO DO" list a way to use only 1 field without the others having to be selected. The only other way to get rid of the extra field is to wait until the listing is active, then to revise by deleting it from the text. That's too tedious, as well.

Hi Joette,
Actually, you can set the second shipping option to say 'choose one (optional)' instead. You can also set this up as your default so you do not even have to set it as such each time.
Go to the preferences button along the left hand side of the page, and click to view your shipping options. This is where you can set that as your default. Make sure you click to save the change when finished.
