1) How can I search the 'messages' to see if someone has already answered a question for someone else (by topic)?
2) How is the search function supposed to work in storefront?? I put 34B or 34C in the search box at my storefront..and it is saying"We were unable to find exact matches for your search". How is the search accomplished?

Hi Agreatkatch,
Unfortunately there is no easy way to search the message center to see if something has already been answered. If you have a question that you are not sure has already been answered, go ahead and post it, we will be happy to answer it again for you.
When searching in your storefront you must search with 4 characters or more and be sure you hit the Search button or it will not work.

When I am searching for auctions....and I go to their host provider, I can usually put in one siz 6, 8 or whatever, and it will pull those sizes. You guys should consider that functionality. For apparel, most will search by size...and the sizes are never 4 characters.
Thanks for your consideration...I'm sure many would benefit from this.
