From approx 9:20 pm PST last evening through more than half of today, 12:00 pm PST at least, NOT ONE OF OUR IMAGES IN 66 AUCTIONS WAS SHOWING AND NOR WERE ANY COUNTERS. We are PowerSellers, and livid with the fact that absolutely none of our photos were appearing for more than 12 hours, including 8 photos of an Ebay Featured Auction that cost $106.90 to list/run for that auction alone.
Has anyone else noticed this problem?? The AuctionWatch site was down, as were all photos for an extended time period. We haven't seen any postings for this issue--PLEASE provide input if you've experienced this problem like we have.
We know from past experience that AW doesn't make good on anything when its their own technical issues we're paying for, however we're finding it more and more unacceptable (the frequent technical issues that have occurred in even the past week alone) If AW doesn't start making good and fixing its problems, it's going to be the eventual ruin of the company; you can't have total lack of customer service, when it's your own tech problems, and expect people will continue to come back. This service has cost us more time and money in regard to its tech problems, and we're tired of it.
I did some searching in the email queue for any complaints such as and was unable to locate any, however I did see one other Earthlink user that reported having trouble accessing AuctionWatch yesterday morning.
They were however posting a message here about not being able to access AW in the morning at about 9pm (pacific) when you were unable to reach AuctionWatch.
Perhaps there was a transient error with Earthlink being unable to reach the AuctionWatch servers.
We will continue to watch for any other users reporting such errors, sorry to hear of your frustration with this issue.
