Our company has multiple ebay listing names and multiple autionwatch accounts to handle these. Can we launch auctions from one of our accounts stored in your templates to the other accounts by changing the email address prompt during the launch sequence? Or do we have to duplicate the template and store it in the computer that has the master account? Thanks, Mike

Sonya- We have two auction watch accounts and two ebay user names. The computers are in two different locations physically. I want to use a template created for account #1 with account #2 and want to know if I can launch auctions from a template stored on a computer in location #1 for account #2. Mike

Hi Intergalactic,
Is this one of the templates you can create through your AW account? If so, you would need to recreate it for your second account in order to use it there.
You cannot use one copy of Pro for more than one account. You need to download and install a second copy of the software to manage other AuctionWatch accounts.

I tried that and it just overwrote the old one. Do I put the second copy in a different folder in the programs folder?

There is a specific way to install and manage two copies of the software. I have just emailed you the complete directions on getting a second copy installed and setup on your machine.
