Please help resolve this failure to synchronization so we can get back to work. Here are the details from error report.

Start banner synchronization.
Banner synchronized.
Comparing local and online counters.
Local and online counters are identical.
Comparing local and online templates.
Local and online templates are identical.
Comparing local and online logos.
Logos compared, update will follow.
Comparing local and online saved templates.
Saved templates compared, update will follow.

Local and online site descriptions are identical.
Comparing local and online partner information.
Local and online partner information is identical.
Comparing local and online preferences.
Local and online preferences are identical.
Comparing local and online images.
Images compared, update will follow.
Start version synchronization.

Time synchronized.
Start updating logos.
No update necessary.
Start updating saved templates.
Local saved templates updated.
Start updating images.
Uploading Image 'Shelves.jpg'.
Number of successful auction uploads: 0.
Synchronization failed - Bad response from server
There is a problem with images synchronization.

Hi prissimiss,

The uploading process is most likely being held up by a problematic image. During the upload process click on the Details button and watch for the image that is causing the problem. Then, go into the AuctionWatch image folder and delete it. This may allow the upload to proceed. The image folder is located at:

C:\Program Files\AuctionWatch\Images

Brian -

Deleted the file as instructed and the upload worked. However, I was not able to view the file online to check it. This morning I see the file has been uploaded to eBay without an image. The local file on my copy of Auction Manager Pro here also does not have the image.

How can I get the image added to the eBay auction item?

Hi Richard,

Please upload a corrected image having exactly the same name ('Shelves.jpg'), and it will automatically appear in the eBay auction item.

Thanks, Radu. I went to the Image Hosting tab on your web site and uploaded from there and it worked fine. All done.

A couple questions -

Is there some way to upload from Auction Pro and is this what you all intended for me to do?

What do you think caused the problem to begin with?

I have a block labeled http://mediaclick... showing up in my Windows Taskbar. Is this related to the above?

Hi Richard,

The image upload can be done with both AMPro and the online Image Hosting, as images are synchronized between the two.

As an AMPro user, you will probably prefer it for upload, as this will diminish the Internet traffic. After adding the images to the AMPro image folders, you must click "AuctionSync" in the left navigation bar. When you only need to upload images, and not auctions, make sure that no auction batch is opened, or uncheck the batches in the "Select Batches..." pop-up window.

The problem you had was caused by a bad image file - either the JPG format was bad, or the copy of the file to your computer was incorrect, or... There is no connection to the "mediaclick" block.
